Where an AI-assisted discovery or conversational service is made available, the messages, voice input and robotics requirements you choose to share may be processed to provide the conversation, understand your request, identify information that needs verification, prepare possible categories or solutions, and support a handoff to the HΛMΛL commercial team. This processing may involve third-party technology providers that supply the underlying AI, voice or video-conversation infrastructure.
AI-assisted services do not create a binding sale, representation, price, technical guarantee or other commercial commitment without human review. Product suitability, integration, deployment, warranty and after-sales matters may require confirmation from the relevant manufacturer or qualified technical partner.
